Mostly interests. I like to post about those because they're fun to look back upon. It's friends'-locked so you might have to sign up if you don't already have an account and then add me to be able to see the entries. There are many things that I want to post as soon as I think about them but I hold them off until I forget which is not much use to me or you anymore.

This year and next year especially is where it'll possibly be the beginning of the end and I'm almost going crazy. Seriously. I know it hasn't started yet but when it does, you'll see. There are still many things that I haven't accomplished as a teenager and to think that a few more years would strip me of that title is a bit, I don't know, scary? I suppose whatever happens, happens...like that Spanish saying.

Man, I want to see freaking Bi/Rain. Today Ms. Shirley (not our HOA teacher, guys), the dry-cleaning lady next to my mom's shop, taught me three terms because I told her that I wanted to learn Korean. Morning is 아짐 (ah-chim), noon is 점심 (cheom-shim), and evening is 저녁 (cheo-nyeok). I'll learn more next weekend I suppose, unless I want my mother to get a written note from her for me everyday, aha. I love nice people.

Family Values Tour 2006: Kansas City.

w‰rx Dir en grey - —½J‚̉J.

Dir en grey
24.08.2006

Setlist (Order = ?)
G.D.S
GARBAGE
Merciless Cult
ŒÇ“Æ‚ÉŽ€‚·AŒÌ‚ɌǓƁB
—½J‚̉J (I <3 this song.)
dead tree
Spilled Milk
THE FINAL
CLEVER SLEAZOID

Whilst listening to the presenting rock station (98.9) that morning, I found out that Dir en grey would be on at 17:00 so my grandpa and I left the shop at around 13:50 to look for the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre. The tour started at 14:00 and it took us until 16:00 to find the place because we kept doubting our tracks or turning the wrong ways. I FREAKING HATE YOU MAPQUEST. It took us three different gas stations to finally get where we wanted to go.

When I got there, I looked for the F.V.E stand so I could buy something of Diru's and get a wrist-band to the Meet&Greet. There were people standing infront of their stuff so I just quickly pointed to the American version of Withering to death. and left. I wish I didn't because now I want their most recent single. I think it came with an extra postcard and poster. Gah...damnit.

IT WAS HOT. I really think that a lot of the people there got sunburns after the entire show. I'm glad I didn't. But then again, I wasn't wearing any strappy clothing (or nothing in some people's cases). The seats were burning though. We watched 10 Years while waiting for Dir en grey who were right after. I thought they were nice and then they were off. It was the first time I saw 50+ speakers on a stage, ahahah.

Diru's roadies set up their junk and the fans started cheering once they got the banner up. I liked the banner. It was an atomic explosion with faded Japanese sun rays coming from their name. Go figure. People crowded upon the barricades. I suppose they were the fans and mosh-crazy folks? I didn't go up there. I watched Dir en grey from afar. *crack* Well, 16 rows from the stage. The seats were still good but I wish I was closer. Too bad I didn't feel like getting up. I sat on Die's side and had a good view of him which was nice because I was practically watching him the entire time. I looked at Shinya a lot too since he was right behind Die and occasionally turned to look at Kaoru, Toshiya, and Kyo, who was really in my view since he was on the red thing. Oh yes, he did his fantastic bleeding which I still don't really dig but that's Kyo for you. Their show ended and they threw stuff that I didn't catch because I wasn't up there, remember?

I left the audience to look for the Meet&Greet line which already had like 12 people once I got there. We waited for about an hour and then one of the fans brought Kyo's water bottle and passed it around to their friends who each licked the top and I was standing there going WTF? The same incident occured in the line inside the fence where we were to start the thing where people asked to touch Shinya's drumstick, this one lucky person caught it. Shinya bangs hard, ahaaha. The stick was all ragged. Man, I love that tiny man. He's really thin. Anyway, everyone cheered as Kaoru and Toshiya walked out with their bodyguards...I mean roadies. I shook Kaoru's first then Toshiya's and we all exchanged our thank yous then I left. I SAW TOTCHI'S TEETH, OMG! Yeah. I really wanted to meet Die but I'll hope for Shelley to get him. Kaoru still looks nice with his goatee. I guess the pictures just made it ugly just as they make you fat, aha. To sum this whole experience up, I'm very happy to have seen them onstage and to meet two of the guys. Thanks a lot whoever.

During the drive home, my grandpa told me that he'll never go again if the sun's a-roasting. I guess that one sunburn in Vietnam was enough for him as it was for me. That crap hurt. I hope noone gets skin cancer and dies early. School starts tomorrow. I wonder who'll be my lovely classmates? Let's hurry up and get this year over with because I can't wait to fly again! I'll post about my vacation whenever I have the time. You all have a nice night.

2006 - 2007 Schedule.

1. I suppose I should start with what's happened recently...

I finished up My Name is Kim Sam-soon and it's another Korean drama that I enjoyed watching. I do recommend it since it is funny but of course a drama has to have some drama. The story is cute and so are the characters. I'm rewatching it before I leave and I must say that Hyun Bin looks a lot better with his hair down rather than up. Yar, Sam-shik all the way! Kim Seon-a was really funny. I loved her character, the infamous Sam-soon. Really. Everyone was fabulous. I'm glad that I decided to watch this but I'm sad that it's over. Bleh. I think I'll buy this drama too. *broke* The soundtrack is amazingly beautiful as well. I need more stuff by Clazziquai and Loveholic. :)

I pre-ordered two tickets for the Family Values Tour 2006 just to see Dir en grey. I'm such a retard but whatev. I haven't even heard music from the majority of the line-up but I suppose it'll be mostly screaming music. My seats are near the front but far back enough to where I'm in the pick-catching range and on Die's side of the stage which is cool. I just got some random tickets but I'm glad to sit where they've put me. So...I'll be at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Bonner Springs, KS on the 24th of August at 3:00PM. Yay.

As for school, I still need to confirm the conditions of 1st hour because I am not going to accept a B for the quarter. I know it's not a horrible grade to receive but that class isn't even hard. I've been doing the work, I think. Oh well, I'll just check tomorrow. By Friday, I'll be okay as far as work goes in all of my classes. Pre-Calculus just ended today for me and I got a 97% which makes me very happy. I'm also done with band since the concert at the GEM Theatre was our last performance of the year and I sort of feel sad for leaving. I wish I could just make up my mind and stick to my resolves. Anyway, I'm almost done with English and Spanish. I don't really have to worry about Chemistry or Computers. There's a pizza gathering for the soccer teams tomorrow but I don't even know where it is and it is vital because I need to return my uniform. Coach is leaving because of his job relocation and that sucks because we might not have a team next year if no one wants to coach us. >>;

Man, there's so many things I have to do and perhaps wait on this week that it's insane. I went to take my permit's test today and I failed twice, ahah. I resent everyone who said it was going to be easy. Not that it wasn't. I'm just not a good guesser on the questions that I don't know. I mean, why do I have to know how long they suspend my license if I were to ever be caught driving under the influence? Don't they tell you these things when they do it? I don't think I'll ever be caught driving whilst intoxicated because I'm a non-drinker, thanks. Those distance questions caught me off-guard too. I'm going back and hopefully I'll score that last point so they can give me my card. My scores for today were 19/25 and 23/30. WISH ME WELL, DAMNIT.

I also got a haircut today but I don't think anyone would notice because it looks almost exactly identical to what I had. It just feels lighter and I'm going to stripe it red either tomorrow or Friday. The shade is going to be pretty. I haven't even finished packing because I don't really have anything to pack until I wash my clothes on Saturday. I need to go get whatever shots too so I don't catch some random disease and get quarantined from the United States forever or something. In the worst case scenario, I'd rather them inject me with a death serum. I'm flying on Sunday evening. ANYONE PLANNING TO SEE ME OFF? Ha, I doubt it but it'll be at the Kansas City International Airport if you still want to...just ask what time. Oh, what the heck am I going to do for more than 24 hours on an aeroplane? D:

My Singapore stuff hasn't been delivered yet when the tracking states that it has arrived a week ago. I'm worried that it's lost because the danged post office hasn't called me back to tell me the good news. I guess I won't have it in time for the trip after all. :(

I hope you all have had/are having/will have a nice day or whatever the crap it is that you're having. I'm such a lousy person, haha. Ciao~!

Countdown: 4 days.

Tuesday, May 02, 2006

w‰rx Mario & Nesty - Never Say Goodbye.

All of the crap on my wall is falling down. D:

My bed is messy, huh? Let's see what we have here...package junk with receipt from Fujisan, piece of paper with Japanese grammer notes on it, CD-case, fob-bag, agenda, Dungeons and Dragons, two SHOXXbis (Shelley!), gel-pens, RazR, 한글 flashcards (yeah, I'm picking up Korean too. :9), Dir en grey's Ž‹Šo ua dead anglev photobook, and a small drawing for a friend.

So...this past week, I've been watching My Girl u마이걸v and I loved it. Whenever YesAsia decides to shapen up, I'm going to buy this series along with its OST because the BGM was one of the factors that made me love it in the first place. It was really hilarious as well as sad as most dramas are...y'know. Lee Da Hae's character was really cute and I absolutely loved her style. I admit, I wasn't Lee Joon Ki's fan in the beginning because I was preoccupied with Lee Dong Wook but after many crying scenes and his very pretty haircut near the end, I converted. His eyes are really thin! I'm still trying to recover from this drama, aha. I think after I return from Vietnam, I'm going to order this type of satellite that offers Korean channels. 빠샤~!

Speaking of which, the build-up to my ultimate vacation as of this moment is beginning to be really tiring. Our passports haven't come home yet and after a few phone calls, we find out that they didn't even begin to make them because our payment was not accepted. No, not in the way that checks bounce or cards get denied. Isn't it their responsibility to inform all of their facilities that each passport application requires its own separate check? But, no. They just gave the thumbs up when we just paid for everyone with only one...then they wait like a month before they begin to even tell us that something's wrong. If it's not done by Friday then my family might end up paying another $400 to expediture the passports in order to have them in time for other paperwork for entry passes to Vietnam? Yup. THIS IS SO INSANE! Everyone's anxious. I really want to go... Don't keep asking me if I want to go... Just put me on the danged plane already.

School is getting even more whack by the moment. Much work is to be done before I leave so I must perservere in this madness especially in Spanish. I received an 84% for mid-terms and that includes the zeroes I received for work I'd completed. I don't like to speak infront of the masses and that was an assignment recited from memory to the class. Not that they really pay attention anyway but I never feel comfortable up there. So yeah, I was mad. I'll go crazy on the finals for sure. There's also a multi-genre paper to be written for L&C10 in the next three weeks. Out of those, I'll only be there for two. Some cracktard said that it was going to be fun. I wonder who it was because I'd rather read and take quizzes, kthnx. I don't know if you know but I sort of lack in the creativity department when duty calls... There are 14 more days of this until I am free! YEAH.

I only really look forward to soccer games and practices nowadays. Last week, I played in the rain and received a huge bruise on my knee for falling, again. Beat Northeast the next day, lol. *shock* Varsity won today's game whereas Junior Varsity lost. I felt really disappointed because the game was a bit girl-ish. Agh, it still aggravates me but whatev., let's make up the loss tomorrow! It was funny though. MAGIC TITTY? *coughs* Oh yeah, I'll have to roll egg-rolls and wrap crab rangoons tomorrow with Diep as well. Woot.

IAMERICA's Dir en grey interview is loaded with crack. I'm sorry Mr. Translator, you're just too awesome. Hullo, my name is Kyo and I like to wear tight pants all day long because I can and not because I'm trying to imitate a style, okay? Good. PLASTIC TREE IN MEXICO, WHAT? If I got deported now, I'll get to see them...right? Man, I'm mean. No offense. :|

I hope you all have had/are having/will have a nice day.
